Franchise Interest Form

Eventually, we will start franchises in Madden, 2K and EA Sports FC (formerly FIFA).  We want to get an idea of how many people would be interested in joining.  Franchises will be played on a designated day, on the weekend, and players will have a chance to win cash prizes, as well as, be placed in tournaments.  Please fill out the form by clicking the image below.  This does not enter you into a franchise but gives us an idea of which one we can start first.  When we have enough players, we will contact you with details.
